As a Regional Sales Promoter Spain, you play a central role in the development of ÉLÉPHANT VERT in the Spanish market.
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager Europe & South America, you are the key point of contact for our distributors and local partners, while remaining close to the field and end users.
Your mission is to deploy the commercial strategy in Spain, structure and drive a high-performing distribution network, and actively support the promotion of our biosolutions to farmers and key stakeholders.
As a true operational driver, you lead growth in your area by combining commercial drive and technical expertise:
you develop and animate your distributor network,
you conduct product demonstrations and field trials,
you identify new market opportunities,
you contribute to valuable field insights and data supporting product development.
At the heart of your role, you build strong and long-lasting relationships with partners, while ensuring effective coordination with internal teams (marketing, technical, regulatory).
You are a field-oriented professional, passionate about business development in a fast-evolving agricultural environment.
You are comfortable in dynamic contexts and able to combine commercial approach, customer proximity and technical product understanding.
You have already demonstrated your ability to:
develop and manage a distribution network,
influence and support partners over the long term,
identify growth opportunities in your territory,
work directly in the field with end users.
With a degree in agronomy, business or equivalent, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical sales role, ideally in biosolutions or agricultural inputs.
You are comfortable in an international environment, speak fluent Spanish and have a good level of English.
With strong interpersonal skills, autonomy and a results-driven mindset, you enjoy taking on challenges and actively contributing to the growth of a strategic market.
