The Key to Our Team: Your Role in Action
As an International Area Manager, you will join the “International Business Development” Business Unit and play a key role
in expanding our distribution network, with a strategic focus on the Middle East and Africa region, while also supporting
development in other international markets.
Reporting to the International Development Director, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners and will
lead growth projects across high‑potential regions. You will ensure proactive, rigorous, and personalized monitoring of
your markets. Your mission will be to develop, optimize, and manage a network of distributors (B2B / Key Accounts),
ensuring quality, service, profitability, and long‑term margin sustainability for ÉLÉPHANT VERT.
You will successfully negotiate business opportunities within diverse cultural and legal environments, while providing
technical, commercial, marketing, and agronomic expertise tailored to local market specificities. You will identify and
prospect new markets, oversee field trials and demonstration tests, and contribute to the generation of strategic data for
product development.
Your role will also involve building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring smooth
communication and effective coordination with internal teams (technical, marketing, legal, regulatory, and commercial).
You will monitor and manage sales targets, oversee payment collections, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize
commercial performance and drive growth.

Are you a passionate professional in international business, with a strong interest in Middle Eastern and African markets? Do
you feel at ease in the agricultural inputs sector and enjoy taking on challenges in multicultural environments? You have
already demonstrated your ability to develop high‑performing distribution networks and to lead ambitious commercial
projects at the international level.
Holding a Master’s degree in Agriculture or International Business, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in the agricultural
sector, with solid knowledge of biosolutions (bionutrition, biostimulation, bioprotection of plants). You are fluent in English,
French, and Arabic, and proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset to support our global expansion.
With excellent negotiation and customer‑relationship skills, you know how to anticipate market needs, propose tailored
solutions, and build sustainable partnerships. Curious, agile, and results‑oriented, you can quickly adapt to diverse contexts
and demonstrate a high level of autonomy in managing your responsibilities.
